Bhubaneswar: Software engineer found hanging inside house in Sailashree Vihar

Bhubaneswar: A software engineer was found hanging inside a rented house in Sailashree Vihar area under Chandrasekharpur police limits in Odisha capital, today.

The deceased was identified as Sweta Utkal Kumari of Bhadrak. She was working as Technology Analyst at Infosys here.

Police recovered the body for post-mortem and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances under which she died. The body was sent to the Capital Hospital here for autopsy.

Cops have informed the family members of the girl about the incident.

Though the reason behind the death was yet to be known, it is being suspected that she took the extreme step of ending her life by hanging herself.
