Cuttack: Odisha's Cuttack city reported a huge spike of 302 new COVID-19 cases as the tally mounted to 4171.
Out of the 302 new cases, 81 are from institutional quarantine, 118 are local contact cases, and 103 are from home quarantine.
With this, the number of active cases in the city rose to 1730 while 23 persons have died of the disease so far.
