Biju Patnaik's Private Secretary passes away

Bhubaneswar: Goura Mohan Sarangi, the Private Secretary to late Chief Minister Biju Patnaik, passed away at his residence in Tangi, on outskirts of Cuttack city, today. He was 88.

The former official died due to old-age related ailments, family sources said.
