Bimbadhar Kuanr lodges complaint against Jayanarayan Mishra

Former minister and former Odisha BJP president Bimbadhar Kuanr on Monday lodged a complaint against  BJP’s legislature party leader in the Odisha Assembly, Jayanarayan Mishra at the Kharavel Nagar police station.here. bimbadhar-kuanr1
Kuanr in his complaint accused Mishra of making derogatory and casteist remarks on him.
Kuanr, who resigned from the BJP earlier last month and then joined the BJD on the same day, had alleged of being sidelined and humiliated at the BJP’s election committee meeting as his reason for resigning. He had then accused BJP Odisha unit president Kanak Vardhan Singhdeo of remaining silent when he was humiliated at this meeting.
However, Singhdeo had then said that the senior leader was unhappy because he wanted the party ticket for the Lok Sabha seat but was offered a ticket for an assembly seat insead and that his allegation of being sidelined in the party was not true.
