BJD announces more candidates for Odisha Assembly Polls

Ollywood actor Varsha Priyadarshini to contest from Barchana. Ganeswar Behera and Sanantan Mahakud from Kendrapara and Champua respectively.

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister and BJD Supremo Naveen Patnaik today announced more candidates for the forthcoming Assembly Elections in Odisha.

The ruling party released 6th list of candidates for the elections to 9 Assembly segments.

While Ollywood actor Varsha Priyadarshini, who recently joined the BJD, will contest from Barchana Assembly Constituency, the party fielded Ganeswar Behera for Kendrapara seat. Sanatan Mahakud was announced as the BJD candidate for Champua Assembly seat.
