Bhubaneswar, Jan 5:

The TMC MLA spoke to reporters here after spending an hour in the CBI office here this evening.

“BJP has joined hands with CPM on this. I did not come to appear before CBI on any notice. I had come to enquire about my husband’s health as he is not good,” Nayna clarified.

Notably, she visited the CBI office here for the second day today fuelling speculations of she being served notice to appear before it.

“It is amply clear that the CBI is being used by the BJP. From back-to-back arrest of two Trinamool leaders, it is evident that political vendetta is the reason behind Sudip’s arrest,” Nayna told media persons here earlier in the day.
