Boat capsizes near Odisha’s Balasore, fisherman missing

Balasore: A fisherman went missing as a fishing boat capsized in Kashafala river mouth near Odisha’s Balasore district last evening.

The boat carrying four fishermen overturned in the waterbody while they were returning to shore. While three of them were rescued, the missing fisherman, identified as Panchanan Dalei of Bahabalapur area, is yet to be traced.

Bahabalapur Marine police have initiated efforts to rescue the missing fisherman.
