Brown sugar worth Rs 13 lakh seized in Bhubaneswar; 2 arrested

Bhubaneswar: Saheed Nagar Police today seized 130-gram brown sugar and arrested two drug peddlers in this connection in Bhubaneswar.

The accused persons have been identified as Nikunja Jagdev and Dhirendra Jaysingh, both are from Puri district. The brown sugar worth around Rs 13 lakh was recovered from their possession.

According to reports, the brown sugar was being sourced from Balasore to Bhubaneswar with help of them.

Police source said that the accused persons were supplying the contraband here in the city targeting the youngsters.
