BSF personnel thrashes on-duty traffic constable at VSS Nagar in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A BSF personnel allegedly thrashed an on-duty traffic constable at VSS Nagar in Odisha capital, today.

A video of the incident has gone viral on various social media platforms.

According to reports, Sangram Biswal, who serves as an Assistant Commandant in the BSF, was today buying mutton after parking his vehicle on road.

As traffic constable Manoj Behera asked him to remove the vehicle from road and park it somewhere else, he started thrashing the cop.

Behera sustained injuries in the assault and was admitted to the Capital Hospital here for treatment.

The Saheed Nagar police have detained the accused. He reportedly apologised for his act the police station.
