BTech student arrested, 60 grams brown sugar seized in Bhubaneswar   

Bhubaneswar: Excise officials today arrested a BTech student of a city-based engineering college after seizing 60 grams brown sugar from his possession in front of Big Bazaar near Patia Square here.

The police arrested the youth identified as Biswajit Swain (30), son of Bhagirathi Swain, of Ghadimul village in Jagatsinghpur district under Section 21 of NDPS Act. The cops also seized a motorcycle from his possession.

Sources said the accused used to deliver the narcotic item to customers at doorstep.
