Bhadrak: As many as 11 passengers were injured after a private bus carrying them skidded off the National Highway-16 near Trisulapur area in Bhadrak district this morning.

All the injured passengers have been admitted to the district headquarters hospital, Bhadrak, for treatment.

According to reports, a private bus carrying passengers was travelling from Balasore to Bhubaneswar. The bus skidded off the road near Trisulapur Chhak after the driver lost control over the vehicle injuring the passengers.

On receiving information, the fire services personnel and Bhadrak Rural Police rushed to the spot and rescued all the passengers from the bus.
