At least 11 persons were injured when a bus in which they were travelling overturned near Jhitakuguda in Odisha's Nabarangpur district today.

According to reports, the accident took place when the bus was on the way to Umerkote from Bhubaneswar. The driver of the ill-fated vehicle lost control over the wheels near an U-turn following which it turned turtle.

The injured have been admitted to Padadahandi community health centre (CHC) and Nabarangpur district headquarters hospital.
