Car catches fire in Odisha capital, narrow escape for owner

Bhubaneswar: A car caught fire at Rasulgarh Square in Odisha capital this morning and its owner had a narrow escape from the mishap as he moved out of the vehicle before getting harmed.

According to reports, fire broke out in a car bearing registration number OD-02AC-8513 at Rasulgarh Square.

Fortunately, Rabindranath Rout, the owner of the car, managed to come out of the vehicle before getting burn injuries.

On being informed, fire personnel reached the spot and doused the flames.

However, the car was completely gutted in the fire. Short circuit is suspected to be the reason behind the fire mishap.
