“On December 20 last year she had quit my company. After six months, she has leveled allegations against me and my husband. Why was she silent for these many months? At the time of joining our company on 8 August, 2014, she had signed an agreement. She had received Rs 2 lakh through demand promissory note as advance. Later she quit our company as a result of which three days’ shooting was affected and I had incurred Rs 2 lakh loss. Overall, it was Rs 4 lakh due on her for which she has leveled allegations not to repay the amount. I demand the amount or else I would take legal recourse. Initially, she had filed a complaint against three persons of casting couch at Lingaraj Police station. Now, she has included three more persons associated with Urmee Communications,” Bini Samal claimed.

Reacting to this, Sarmistha said: “If she has given me money as advance then let her show in which mode she has paid me. I have the proof to back my claims.”
