CAT Cuttack bench closed for autumn vacation

Cuttack: The Cuttack Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) was closed for autumn vacation from today.

The Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, will observe “Autumn Vacation” from 03.10.2019 (Thu) to 11.10.2019 (Fri), the CAT said in a notification.

As October 12 and 13 are the weekend holidays, the court will reopen on October 14.

However, the vacation bench will dispose the urgent cases during the above said period.

The vacation bench of Judicial Member SK Mishra will hear the cases at 11.00 am on October 10.

The Registry of the Tribunal will function as usual and receive applications of urgent nature only between 10.30 am and 1.00 pm during the aforesaid vacation. After completion of autumn vacation, the court will reopen on October 14, the notification said.
