Bhubaneswar, Dec 29:
Sixteen candidates including a girl scored 100 percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT), 2014, conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore, results of which were announced on Saturday.
Although the results have been declared at the designated time at 7 PM, the official website iimcat.ac.in has crashed apparently due to the heavy traffic. As a result, the candidates failed to know their results from the website till Sunday.
Due to the crashing of the website, around 5000 candidates from Odisha, who had appeared the CAT, have not able to know their results.

Candidates can log in to the aforesaid website to check their results.
On the basis of the results, candidates will also be eligible for admission in the existing 13 IIMs and six proposed ones.
Candidates aspiring to appear for CAT 2014 can also apply for the six new Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) (outside the existing 13), which is expected to be set up in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
Eligible candidates will take admission in 60 seats of the proposed IIM in Odisha.
