Bhubaneswar: CBSE has declared Class XII results and Mother’s Public School in Bhubaneswar and Puri have scaled new heights in the Board Examination this year. More than 45% of students have scored 90% and above in Science, Humanities and Commerce streams.
Sitanshu Mohapatra topped the Science stream with a percentage of 98%, followed by Suryajyoti Mohapatra with 97% and Arnab Jena with 96.6%. Ananya Das of Commerce stream stood first by scoring 97%, followed by Kriti Agrawal scoring 96% and Paridhi Choudhury scoring 95.80%. In the Humanities stream, Aakruti Sarangi scored 97.4% and secured first place, followed by Tisya Mohanty with 96% securing second place and Khusi Gupta and Subhrasmita Rath with 95.60% bagging third place.
Students of Mother’s Public School, Puri appeared for the second time and the first position was bagged by Sampoorna Ghosh scoring 94.60%, followed by Alakananda Mishra with 94% and Poornata Mishra with 92.6% in the Science stream. Harinarayan Pratihari secured 1st position in Commerce stream by scoring 96.4%, followed by Ritupurna with 94% and Adyasha Mishra with 92.6%.
The principal of Mother’s Public School congratulated the students and teachers and applauded them for their excellent performance since they faced the board exam for the first time after COVID-19.
Celebrations were seen among students and teachers in happiness and positivity.
