Chandigarh boys, Delhi girls lift Jr National Baseball title

The Chandigarh boys and Delhi girls team won the 25^th Junior National Baseball Championship title after they beat Delhi and Goa respectively in the finals at Satyabrata Stadium here today.

While Odisha and Uttarakhand secured third position in the boys group, Chandigarh and Maharashtra secured third position in the girls group.

In the boys group, Debasis from Odisha and Nikita from Goa bagged the All-rounder Trophy in the boys and girls group respectively.

The Odisha senior women’s team, that won the 27^th Senior National Baseball Championship 2013-14 at Solapur in Maharashtra, was felicitated at the closing ceremony of the five-day event.
