Here, 15 contestants (8 boys and 7 girls) were shortlisted from 1400 entries. These 15 were then groomed by actor and supermodel Marc Robinson for the city finale.

At the final event, the contestants walked down the ramp and showcased their acting prowess in front of the judges, Ollywood actress Archita Sahu, head dancer and trainer at Terence Lewis Dance Academy Ravinder Singh and Marc.

The winner, Imtiaj and Paridhi, won cash prize of Rs 40,000 each. They will now compete for Mr Emerging Star And Miss Emerging Star titles at the national finale to be held in Mumbai in April.

The national finale winners will get to enroll for dance sessions at Terence Lewis Professional Training Institute and their portfolio shoot by ace fashion and celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani.

“Max Emerging Star is a property for Smart Cities which will give young talented minds a chance to move a step closer to fulfilling their dream of becoming a star – whether dancing or acting. It is an ideal platform to guide and groom the contestants as well as the winners in their search for stardom,” Executive Director of Max Fashion India, Vasanth Kumar had said.
