Boy in RPF custody Cuttack

The Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) on Tuesday visited the city and conducted an inquiry into the incident in which two minors were subjected to inhuman torture by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in their lock up for alleged petty thefts committed by them.
The Commission asked the SP of RPF to submit his report on the shocking incident by January 25.
The Commission also ordered the district collector to arrange for the schooling of the two minors.
