CISF Constable arrested for raping 4-yr-old in Odisha's Paradip

Paradip:  Deviating from his primary responsibilities, a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Constable was arrested by the Abhayachandapur Police today for allegedly raping a minor girl here.

The accused, M. Kandaswamy is a native of Tamil Nadu and has been serving as the Head Constable at IOCL.

As per reports, Kandaswami raped a four-and-a-half-year-old daughter of a colleague. The matter came to fore after the minor girl revealed her trauma in front of her mother. This is not the first time that Kandaswamy sexually assaulted the girl. Earlier on several occasions, he lured the minor with chocolates and assaulted her.

Based on a complaint filed by the minor girl's family yesterday, the Abhayachandapur Police took Kandaswamy into custody and questioned him.
