Class 10 student stoned to death in Odisha
Kalahandi: In a ghastly incident, a Class 10 student was stoned to death by unidentified miscreants while he was on a morning walk near Dumermunda village in Kalahandi district in the wee hours today.
The body of the youth identified as Kailash Majhi (17) was found abandoned in a farmland in the locality. He was as student of Swami Vivekanand High School.

Sources said Majhi, son of Satya Narayan Majhi, was on a morning walk from Dumermunda to Bijamara at around 4 AM taday. Some miscreants allegedly killed him by hitting his head with a stone. However, the exact reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained.
On receiving information, Jaipatna police reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.
