Cleanliness drive by ECoR Bharat Scouts and Guides in Odisha capital

In order to create awareness on protection of heritage and sanitation, volunteers of Bharat Scouts & Guides of East Coast Railway (ECoR) launched a special cleanliness drive at Kedar Gouri, Mukteswar and Siddheswar Temple square in the Odisha capital on Tuesday.

ECoR150 members from Scouts & Guides and volunteers of Personnel department of ECoR rendered their services as they cleaned the temple premises of Kedargouri, Siddheswar and Mukteswar.

A route march was organized for creating awareness of Cleanliness and Heritage protection.

A nukkad natak “Hum Sudherange-Desh Sudherga” was staged by the volunteers from Personnel Department of East Coast Railway in the temple premise to create awareness on cleanliness and stressed the need of preserving Heritage monuments.

The service camp was organized under the supervision of Mrs Manju Ray, chief personnel officer and chief commissioner, ECoR Bharat Scouts & Guides.

RR Panda, assistant state secretary also assisted the drive.
