Close shave for former Odisha MLA as car overturns

Bhubaneswar: Former Congress MLA Prafulla Majhi was narrowly escaped after his car met an accident at Katangidihi near Subdega in Sundargarh district this morning.

Sources said the Talasara ex-MLA was travelling to somewhere for some work, when another vehicle suddenly came in front of his car at Katangidihi. As the ex-MLA’s driver lost control, the vehicle skidded off the road and overturned.

While the car was severely damaged in the mishap, both Majhi and his driver were safely rescued from vehicle.
