Cobra rescued from Capital Hospital in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Panic gripped patients at Capital Hospital here after a cobra was rescued from the hospital’s nursing home last evening.

The reptile was spotted under a table at the nursing home. On being informed, Snake Helpline member Subhendu Mallik reached the hospital and rescued the 3.5-feet-long cobra.

Following the incident, attendants alleged negligence on the part of the hospital authorities towards safety of patients.
