Counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Odisha postponed

Bhubaneswar:  Online counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses, conducted by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), has been postponed until further notice.

The registration process was scheduled to begin today.

Last week, the OJEE Board had announced that  admission to MBBS/BDS seats of different Government and Hi-Tech Medical (private) colleges in Odisha will be carried out for 2021-22  session on the basis of NEET (UG) 2021 merit list by following the rules and regulation set by the state Government.

The MBBS counselling process will be conducted in three phases including a mop-up round, which is held only if seats are left vacant after the third round of Odisha NEET counselling 2021.

The counselling will be done in three rounds. The mop-up round will be conducted only if seats are are left vacant after third round of Odisha NEET counselling 2021. The counselling will be done for admission to around 1950 MBBS and 363 BDS seats in private and Government colleges across the state.
