COVID-19: 864 more patients recover from infection in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Another 864 COVID-19 patients recovered in Odisha today. With this the total number of recovered cases in the State stands at 16,792. Official sources said the fresh recovered cases are being discharged.

A maximum of 432 from Ganjam district recovered from the infection followed by 137 from Rayagada, 31 from Bargarh, 28 from Khordha and 26 each from Cuttack and Keonjhar districts.

As many as 23 patients from Bhadrak, 22 from Mayurbhanj, 19 from Jajpur, 15 from Kandhamal and 14 each from Gajapati and Sambalpur districts recovered today.

While 12 from Jagatsinghpur, 10 each from Dhenkanal and Sundargarh, seven from Nayagarh and six each from Balasore, Kendrapara & Malkangiri districts recuperated, a total of five each from Jharsuguda and Koraput, four from Balangir, three from Puri, two from Boudh and one from Sonepur recovered from the disease.
