COVID-19: Another 8 patients recover in Odisha; total cured cases 166
Bhubaneswar: Amid rising number of COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha, here’s good news that another 8 patients have recovered from the disease taking total number of recovered cases to 166 in the State.
Of total 8 recovered cases, 4 are from Jajpur, 2 from Bhadark and 1 each from Balasore and Keonjhar, informed State Health & Family Welfare Department today.
The patients are being discharged from COVID-19 hospitals, the Department stated.
Another 8 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and are being discharged.

Today morning, the state reported 48 fresh cases of which 12 from Ganjam, 2 from Jajpur, 1 each from Sundargarh, Deogarh and Cuttack, 6 from Bhadrak, 3 from Nayagarh, 10 from Puri and 12 from Balasore. So far, the total number of positive cases in Odisha stand at 672, of which 503 are active.
Yesterday, 15 patients from Jajpur district had recovered and tested negative for COVID-19 in the state.
