Puri:  Good news for devotees visiting Puri Srimandir. From January 21, people will no more have to produce their recent COVID-19 test report to have darshan of the deities at the centuries-old temple.

Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) Chief Administrator Krishan Kumar informed this following a high-level meeting held here today.

“Devotees will not be required to submit COVID-19 negative report to enter Srimandir from January 21. They can have darshan  of the deities from 7 AM and 30,000 devotees will be allowed to enter the temple every day. A separate queue will be made for senior citizens," said the SJTA Chief.
