COVID-19: Odisha launches WhatsApp info desk, dashboard

Bhubaneswar: Strengthening its efforts in disseminating information related to COVID-19, the Odisha Government today launched a WhatsApp info desk and a dashboard.

WhatsApp users can join the info desk bearing no. 9337929000 by clicking bit.ly/OGCovidWhatsApp to get latest information on Odisha Government’s COVID-19 containment measures. It can be activated by sending ‘Hi’ to the info desk on WhatsApp.

A COVID-19 dashboard– statedashboard.odisha.gov.in— has been launched for dissemination of latest information and statistics related to COVID-19 and facilitate an AI-based self-assessment of health. Mobile phone application of the dashboard namely ‘Odisha COVID Dashboard’  is also available on Play Store and App Store.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has thanked Deloitte, Salesforce and Facebook for providing the cutting-edge technology for the development of the innovative platforms.
