Jagatsinghpur: The Jagatsinghpur district police today asked public not to visit the Jagatsinghpur police station after a police personnel engaged in COVID-19 duty was found to be COVID-19 positive.

The public has been asked to drop complaints in a drop box installed in front of the Jagatsinghpur police station. Also, people can send their complaints to the police station’s Inspector In-Charge (IIC) through the WhatsApp no – 9438916220.

In a tweet, Jagatsinghpur SP Prakash R. informed that one COVID warrior of the Jagatsinghpur police station has been tested positive for CVOID-19.

Meanwhile, the district administration sanitised the police station with an aim to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
