Covid-19: Recovery count in Odisha crosses 2.8-lakh mark

Bhubaneswar: The recovery count of Odisha crossed 2.8-lakh mark today when another 1,462 Covid-19 patients recovered from the disease today. The total recovered cases in the State now stand at 2,80,553.

A maximum of 173 Covid-19 patients from Khordha district recuperated followed by 128 from Cuttack, 104 from Kendrapara, 77 from Sundargarh, 72 from Angul, 65 from Balangir, 56 from Puri, 54 from Balasore, 54 from Jharsuguda, 53 each from Bargarh and Jagatsinghpur and 47 from Nabarangpur, as per the data provided by the Health and Family Welfare department.

Similarly, a total of 42 patients each from Jajpur and Mayurbhanj recovered, 41 from Keonjhar, 39 from Ganjam, 36 from Nuapada, 34 from Kalahandi, 32 each from Boudh and Sambalpur, 27 from Malkangiri, 25 from Bhadrak, 24 each from Koraput and Nayagarh, 16 from Deogarh, 15 each from Dhenkanal, Kandhamal and Sonepur and seven from Gajapati district.

As many as 60 patients from State Pool recovered in last 24 hours.
