COVID-19 single-day recovery crosses fresh cases in Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: Another 133 persons from Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) area tested COVID-19 positive in last 24 hours. With this the total number of positive cases in Bhubaneswar stands at 4,062.

Out of 133 fresh COVID-19 cases, 96 were detected from quarantine centres whereas 37 were local contact cases.

Official data showed as many as 200 COVID-19 patients recovered from the virus infection in the city. With this the recovery count was at 2,673.

Till yet the number of active cases is at 1,367. A total of 20 persons died of COVID-19 in the city, showed the official data.
