Sundargarh: A COVID-19 positive person has infected at least 95 persons in Rourkela city of Odisha's Sundargarh district.
A total of 95 persons tested positive (49 on July 6 and 46 on July 7) for the virus after coming in contact with the person, official sources said.
The district today reported a total of 78 new COVID cases, out of which 7 have travel history while 58 are contacts of the previous positive case. The new cases also include two COVID warriors working at BPUT here and a pregnant woman, who gave birth to a baby at COVID hospital yesterday, sources added.
