Dacoity bid foiled in Bhubaneswar, two arms dealers held

Bhubaneswar: Foiling a dacoity bid, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of Commissionerate police today arrested two arms dealers here.

The accused were identified as Sangram and Sunil.

The two were arrested from Tamando area on city’s outskirts while making plan for a major dacoity.

Police team seized one firearm, two rounds of bullets and two motorcycles from the spot.

Two days ago, the QAT of Commissionerate police had arrested two arms dealers from Tamando area and seized a gun, five live bullets and two motorcycles from their possession.
