Daily COVID cases in Odisha nears 3000-mark; Sundargarh reports 631 infections
Bhubaneswar: Daily COVID-19 cases in Odisha neared 3000-mark as 2989 more persons in the state tested positive for the virus during the last 24 hours, official sources said today.
Out of the 2989 cases, 1733 were detected in quarantine while 1256 are local contact cases.
Sundargarh reported highest 631 cases, followed by Khordha (438) and Kalahandi (260).
With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state surged to 358342 with 14621 active cases.
