Darshan at Puri Srimandir to be restricted for 4 hours tomorrow

Puri: Devotees will be restricted to have darshan of Lord Jagannath and his divine deities at Srimandir here for four hours tomorrow for Banaka Lagi ritual.

Temple sources said Banaka lagi ritual of the deities will be performed on the auspicious occasion of Astami Tithi, Jyeshtha Shukla Paksha tomorrow.

As per the traditions, the ritual will be held after completion of Madhyana Dhupa and Dwitiya Bhoga Mandapa rituals.

Hence, general darshan at the shrine will be restricted for four hours from 4 pm to 8 pm, temple sources added.
