Dates announced for JEE (Main)–2021; see details

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: The National Testing Agency (NTA) today announced its decision to resume the remaining two sessions of the JEE (Main)-2021 from July 20, 2021.

The testing agency further informed exam centres will be set up in 334 cities to address the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier, it was decided to held the exam in 232 cities.

In each shift, the number of exam centres will be increased to 828 from 660.

The total number of candidates who have already registered earlier for the April session is 6.80 lakh and for the May session is 6.09 lakh, the agency said.

It added a decision has been taken to provide another opportunity to apply for/withdraw from the April and May sessions of JEE (Main)-2021 after candidates submitted representations to reopen the online application window for JEE (Main)-2021 April session.

The April session will be conducted only for Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.) whereas candidates interested to appear in Paper-2A (B.Arch.) and/or Paper 2B (B. Planning) will apply for the May session.

Submission of online application form: For April session – – July 6 to July 8, 2021

For May session – – July 9 to 12, 2021

Date of Exams: For April session – – July 20 to 25, 2021

For May session – – July 27 to August 2, 2021
