Bhubaneswar: Dense fog covered most parts of Odisha this morning affecting normal life, especially vehicular movement.
The Regional Meteorological Centre has predicted that the foggy condition is likely to prevail in the state till January 24 and its intensity likely to decrease slightly after January 25.
Warning in this regard has also been issued by the Meteorological Centre for nine districts-- Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Balasore.
Vehicle drivers have been advised to be careful and alert while driving amid foggy conditions on road.
Such conditions will prevail mostly in coastal, northern and central parts of Odisha, weather experts said.
