Dense fog blankets Odisha’s twin cities, vehicular movement hit

Bhubaneswar: A thick layer of fog engulfed most parts of the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack this morning, thereby affecting vehicular movement.

As per the Regional Meteorological Centre, the dense fog conditions started prevailing from midnight while the visibility got reduced to as low as 50 metres.

The Meteorological Centre has issued Yellow Warning in connection with dense fog conditions for several districts.

Dense fog very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Cuttack, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Kandhamal, Balasore, Angul, Dhenkanal, and Kendrapara, it said.
