Depts asked to give fund requirement for Odisha Budget online by Dec 5

The Finance department of Odisha government has set December 5 as the deadline for receiving online proposals from all administrative departments, indicating their fund requirements for incorporation in the budget for the 2015-16 fiscal.

In a letter to secretaries of all departments, the Finance department has also requested departments that have already furnished their fund requirements in hard copy to submit it online within the deadline.

“You are requested to furnish the requirement of funds in respect of State Pla,n including central share and state share of centrally sponsored schemes (CSS), relating to your department for the Annual Plan 2015-16 online to this department latest by December 5 for facilitating finalization of the Plan ceiling,” read the letter written by P K Biswal, joint secretary (Finance) to secretaries of all departments.

The Finance department, which has developed BETA softwar for the purpose, has decided to process the requirement of funds and communication of Plan ceiling of individual administrative departments for the Annual Plan 2015-16 online through it.
