Distribution of HSC certificates in 13 Odisha districts begins

Distribution of annual High School Certificate (HSC), certificates, mark sheets and migration certificates in the schools began in 13 districts of Odisha today.

BSE Odisha“We have despatched the HSC certificates, mark sheets and migration certificates of the students of all high schools in these 13 districts under the three zones of BSE. The distribution of these documents began today and will be completed by May 24,” said BSE president Prof Dakshya Prasad Nanda.

There are 13 districts under Zone A, B and C. While Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Angul and Dhenkanal districts come under Zone A, Puri, Khordha and Nayagarh districts come under Zone B and Baleswar, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar districts come under Zone C.

Nanda said instructions have been given to all headmasters or their representatives of Cuttack, Khordha and Baleswar districts to collect the documents from Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Baleswar zonal offices respectively while the documents of the remaining 10 districts would be available at the office of the District Education Officer.

He also informed that the documents of the remaining 17 districts would be despatched to the Brahmapur and Sambalpur zonal offices for distribution either on May 23 or 24.

“BSE has asked the headmasters of all districts to log in to its website www.bseodisha.nic.in to know the mode of collection from the zonal or DEO offices,” Nanda said.

It may be mentioned that the results of the annual HSC examinations were announced on May 6.
