“Don’t kill innocents,” Odisha sand wizard Sudarsan appeals to ISIS

Disturbed by the gruesome beheading of American freelance journalist James Folly by ISIS militants in Iraq, renowned Odisha based sand sculptor Sudarsan Pattnaik today made a fervent appeal to the terrorists of the world not to kill innocents.

Pattnaik created a 5 ft high sand sculpture titled ‘Don’t Kill Innocents’ on the Puri beach showing the slain journalist with a black hooded terrorist with a dagger in his hand.

“I want to appeal to the terrorists through my sand art not to kill innocents and try to solve their problems through discussion,” Patnaik said about his creation.
