Drain turns free diesel collection centre in Odisha capital!
Bhubaneswar: In a bizarre incident, hundreds of people gathered at Jaydev Vihar flyover in Odisha capital today as diesel was spotted floating in a drain near the bridge.

The drama didn’t stop here as many of them started collecting the fuel from the drain using plastic bottles.
Gathering of large number of people soon resulted in traffic congestion on the road.
On being informed, police reached the spot and initiated efforts to normalize the vehicular movement.
Reports said, an oil tanker had met an accident on the road following which diesel had spilled over. It later started flowing into the drain.
