E-filing stations, record room digitization centre inaugurated at Orissa HC

Cuttack: Supreme Court Judge Justice D.Y  Chandrachud today inaugurated e-filing stations on the premises of Orissa High Court here for lawyers of the High Court Bar Association.

Through a video conference, the Justice also inaugurated a record room digitization centre and a paperless bench in the high court.

Besides, he launched a hands-on training programme for judicial officers on conduct of court proceedings through video conferencing at Odisha Judicial Academy here.

On the occasion, Justice Chandrachud, who is also the Chairperson of the apex court’s E-committee, inaugurated a hands-on training programme on e-filing, e-payment and other beneficial e-services for advocates of district bar associations of Cuttack at the district court in the presence of Orissa HC Chief Justice S Muralidhar, Judge Justice Sanjay Mishra and of Odisha Judicial Academy and Training Committee Chairman Justice Biswajit Mohanty.
