Early salary disbursement for Odisha govt employees this month

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided for early disbursement of salary for its employees and pension for its pensioners for the month of August.

Salaries and pensions for this month will be disbursed on August 31, official sources said.

The Finance Department has taken a decision in this regard in view of the consecutive holidays on September 1 and 2 before Nuakhai festival on September 3.

The department has apprised all district Collectors in this regard through a letter.
