Earthquake of 5.1 magnitude occurs in Bay of Bengal

Bhubaneswar: An earthquake of 5.1 magnitude on Richter Scale occurred in Bay of Bengal, today.

As per the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake took place at 8.32 AM with depth of 10 km.

It was located 421 km east of Puri, 434 km east-southeast of Bhubaneswar and 409 km south-southeast of Kolkata.

No warning has been issued in this regard, so far.
