ECoR asks passengers to be prepared in view of lockdown in West Bengal

Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) today asked train passengers going to West Bengal on July 23, 25 and 29 to take necessary steps in view of suspension of public and private transport services due to a complete lockdown in these three days.

The Government of West Bengal has declared complete lockdown on July 23, 25 and 29.

Presently two special trains originating from the East Coast Railway i.e. 02074 (Bhubaneswar-Howrah) Special Express and 02202 ( Bhubaneswar-Sealdah) Special Express running to West Bengal on the above mentioned dates.

Also, 02246 (Yashvantpur-Howrah) Special and 02704 (Secunderabad- Howrah) Special Train are passing through East Coast Railway jurisdiction to West Bengal.
