ECoR to cancel, divert trains in Odisha June 8

Bhubaneswar, June 3:

The East Coast Railway has decided to short terminate train services between Ghantikhal-Nidhipur and Naraj-Marthapur stations in Odisha on June 8 for construction of Limited Height Sub-way (LHS) near unmanned level crossings.

The ECoR, in a release here today, said the traffic between these two stations would be blocked for six and half hours from 8.30 AM to 3 PM.

Due to the construction of LHS, some of the trains running on the above day will be diverted and cancelled.

While 18105/18106 Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Rourkela Inter City Express, 58001/58002 Howrah-Puri-Santragachi passenger and 12993 Gandhidham-Puri Express trains will run on the diverted route via Cuttack, 18303/18304 Sambalpur-Puri-Sambalpur Inter City Express from both the directions will be cancelled, the release added.
