Koraput, Feb 4:
A team of senior officials of the East Coast Railway led by its general manager Rajiv Vishnoi visited Odish’a Koraput railway station on Monday.

The team, after arriving at the railway station in a special train, visited the passengers’ waiting room, inquiry office room and the Railway hospital.
Later, the ECoR GM inaugurated a railway bridge.
Koraput MLA Krushna Chandra Sagaria met the ECoR GM and submitted a 13-point charter of demands which include repair of NH-26 road linking the railway station, construction of a fly over-bridge at Damanjodi railway station, plying of a new train between Koraput and Bhubaneswar and change in timing of Sambalpur-Koraput Passenger train.
The ECoR GM assured him to look into his demands.
The team later headed for Damanjodi railway station for inspection.
